Using Vesper
Vesper is a weather app with a planner that helps you plan around the weather. By using it you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Weather is guidance, not a guarantee
Forecasts and typical conditions are estimates from third-party data and models. Beyond 16 days, Vesper shows typical seasonal conditions, clearly labeled — not a forecast. Do not rely on Vesper for safety-critical decisions (aviation, marine, severe-weather, medical, or similar); it is for general planning only.
Your account
Sign-in is by a magic link sent to your email — there are no passwords. You're responsible for keeping access to your email secure. You can use Vesper signed out with reduced features.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload, scrape at scale, or reverse-engineer it, and no unlawful use. We may suspend access for conduct that harms the service or other users.
No warranty
Vesper is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.
Limitation of liability
